Next Week And a Special Fundraiser!

I have decided right at the last moment, that I am going to do a fundraiser on Friday. Veteran's Day is special to me and I wanted to do something for it. So, I will have a blog post about a very special organization, Fisher House, which is sort of a Ronald McDonald House for military and their families. For every comment, I will give 25 cents to the charity up to 250 dollars. I will just ask that you comment here on the blog.  
Just a note: The fundraising will start tomorrow! I confused some people--which I know is nothing new. lol But I will be starting this tomorrow morning at midnight.

Fantastic Friday

It has been a busier week than I expected. I am still trying to catch up<G>. So I figured we needed some men to pick us up.

Lots of happenings

Why oh why did I plan to turn this book in this weekend? I just have one of the biggest releases of my career on Tuesday and my oldest had her first performance on the field. I am a nutjob, that's why.

I am buried, and I mean buried in writing. I just have not had the time to do anything else, although I have been. Once I turn this in, I will be on a lot. So much so you all are going to HATE me. Be sick of me. Yeah, that's right. I am going to be the person you love to hate.

Anyway, I wanted to let you know that my NEWSLETTER is now live, thanks to the wonderful KARENNE at Coffeetime Romance. And, make sure to check out my newest interview with Books on Board! The folks over there have been terrific. If you are an ebook reader, they have some of the best customer service around.

I am off to do nothing for a few hours. Demon Seed the First was wonderful, as was the whole band. We actually have a decent football team this year, so it should be a fun year. Oh, and I guess I should give you something to start your weekend off right with.

Working again...

So, I got yesterday off for the trip to Baltimore but now I am back at work. I am going to finish this Harmless book up ASAP so that it can sit for a week before I start editing it. I am pretty pleased with the way it is coming alone. I like these characters, like the added suspense/thriller aspect to it. There are a lot of new characters popping up. I might have actually found my first Harmless menage. Not sure yet.  Still trying to see if the guys won't try and kill each other over her.

Baseball anyone!?

The Schroeders are making a trip up to Baltimore to see our beloved Rangers play the Orioles. We haven't done this since we have lived here for one reason or another, but since the timing was right, we figured we would go. Les got some great seats close to the Texas dugout and we have decided to spend some time on the waterfront in Baltimore.
I found out that blogger allows you to post pics via email through my phone, so I am going to be trying that out today. They will be posting here on and on my Facebook Fan page all day long;).

There was a question on my Facebook Fan page about this. I do have a content warning on this blog. I do not want to have to worry about getting reported for content because of pics I post or excerpts, or, hell, my own language at times. I apologize if that keeps people from posting here, but there isn't much I can do about it. My site is not for kids. I don't write for kids. And while I think it is everyone's duty to keep up with what your kids are doing online, I want to make sure that I at least put ther warning. For them, and for people who might be offended by some of the content. Nothing has changed, other than the fact that I now have the warning.
