Sexy Saturday: A Cover Reveal

Hi all! This is kind of a special Sexy Saturday. Why? It is the first cover for many of the people involved.

Last Sunday my friend and goddess of photography Jenn LeBlanc, shot a new model, Karl Biermann and he is a natural. Well, KARL is actually going to be on another cover of mine later, but I wanted to reveal this, his and model Jaci Nudell's first cover.

This is actually a first in many ways. I am lucky that one of my best friends in the world is my PA. Not everyone can say that, but I can. So, when Brandy expressed interest in doing covers, I had to give her a shot. Since Southern Sins is a brand new series for me, we decided to go for this one.  Kendra Egert's talent is stamped all of my other series, so I didn't want to change that of course. I think for Brandy's first cover, she did a FANTASTIC job. I am really rather proud of her and can't wait to see what else she does after this. BEHOLD THE COVER!

This is an unproofed blurb. It is the series I was researching for when I went to Savannah last fall. I love that city and have always wanted to do a series set there. All the books will be romantic suspense, sensual to erotic.

Print cover for Infatuation!

Isn't it pretty???? I love it and once again Kendra did a fantastic job. This is a shorty and will be probably only sold on Amazon in print. Mainly because putting it in distribution means I have to charge over 6 bucks and for a book that is only 126 pages that seems silly. If you all want it in distribution, and be up on the book depository for you folks in non US countries, let me know. I will do it if there is enough people asking for it. So let me know. I am going to be ordering the proofs in the next day or two, and then it will go up for sale next week after I see the proofs and make sure everything works.

Two More Covers, and a CONTEST

So, we have been busy. Jenn LeBlanc has been working on the pics and Kendra on the covers and we have two more covers for you. Part of this is done early because of an ad I have in RT mag this fall and I want to feature the Harmless books. So, I wanted all of them featured.

Here are the next two covers and I have a contest for everyone. I will be giving away a Hawaiian fun pack that includes a bag with Hawaiian print, a key chain, the coveted Infatuation dog tags, a beach towel and some magnets. I will also throw in a Rough n Ready journal. What do you have to do? NEW COVER REVEAL: THE TENTH HARMLESS

It is odd to be talking about the tenth Harmless book. Seriously. I never knew I would get to the point where I could. So many people discounted the series, ie publishers. Also, you never know where a series will take you. I love the series myself, but how was I to know that people would get attached to the characters I created. I hoped for it, and I love that I get to share my love of Hawaii with others. So, the fact that it was coming up in January of 2013, I figured we should do something for it special.

I loved my old cover design by Scott Carpenter. He took what I had at my old publisher and made it sexier, and it was fresh and new. Now, though 5-6 years later, I am ready for something different. The books are tied to Hawaii and we (Kendra Egert, Brandy Walker and myself) felt we needed something new. So, here it is. This book will feature Devon, Dee's brother who first appeared in A Little Harmless Lie-the one who stole her from Hawaii.

The photography was done by the amazing Jenn LeBlanc and the cover of course, done by the uber talented Kendra Egert.

The first Harmless print by myself! Well, not really by myself. Kendra Egert did the wonderful cover and Chloe Vale did the formatting:) This should be releasing in early May. Addiction is due to release so I will have it ready then.

So, Ms Kendra has been busy. The Addicts got a peek at this earlier this week. This is Mal's cover. Now, if Possession is just as successful as Infatuation, I will start expanding these from novellas to full books. I will start with Mal's book. I love the look of the cover since it goes so well with the other two. Kendra Egert does it again!

Monday Morning Blurb and cover

I have had a lot of popular books but I am not sure if any of them have had the buzz with my readers that the military romance books do for the Harmless series. I have avoided writing about military mainly because it isn't all that romantic while living it. But, I knew the Duprees had one military man in the family and he was going to have friends. Of course, another of those friends is Deke and here is the little blurb about his book, coming this May.

Stuff...and a cover...and more stuff

I am trying to get a hold of everyone by end of business today. To help with things like this in the future, I have hired a personal assistant. Many of you know Brandy Walker who is blogger and aspiring author. We have been friends for a few years and I asked her to take on the duty. She will handle my contests, my appearances, and all the good stuff. So, I can spend more time writing and talking to readers. I might drive her away because I am not sure there is enough money in the world to get someone to put up with me, lol.  Put hopefully, it won't take me close to two months to finish handing out the prizes <G>.

Also, here is the cover for the first Military Harmless book. It is GORGEOUS. I lurv it.

This will be coming out at the first part of November in time for Veteran's Day here in the US! I am super excited about this. Our hero is Francis (and don't calle him by that name) McKade, former Aussie, now a US Seal, and Shannon Dupree(sister to Jocelyn and Chris). 

If you are going to Romcon, I will have 200, just 200 copies, of A Little Harmless Sex, signed by me. First come, first serve. I cannot be guarantee a copy, but I will personalize them after the Luau if you want them to be. I am still contemplating having some of Obsession with me. I am not sure I will, and it will be for sale since they are not having the booksigning. I am so busy trying to get all the promo ready, I have to make sure I do that. If you have a copy, you are more than welcomed to bring it with you to the Luau, just make sure you have Brandy or I know you have it right after you enter. That is just in case I am signing them there and selling them.

I have two new covers to show you. First one is for my September release from Samhain, The Last Detail. It is done by Scott Carpenter once again.

And now, for my October release, Going for Eight. This was part of an anthology at WCP which is no longer in print and is linked to A Calculated Seduction. I will be doubling the book or more and releasing it myself.

The Spy Who Loved Her or Scott Carpenter is a GOD

This could also be entitled Melissa is a LUCKY BITCH. I mean, look at that!!! Scott has done more covers for me than any other artist and he never fails to make me happy. But, this one took my breath away. I mean, HOLY MOLEY! I cannot wait to have paper promo made up for it:) I am so psyched. It doesn't come out until March 2011 in digital, but now I can barely wait!
