ATH: MEEEEE

Okay, since it is release day, I am going to be the first one up to bat today! A Little Harmless Addiction is the 5th Harmless Book and featured Kai Aiona, May's brother, and Jocelyn Dupree, Chris' sister. It is not BDSM, mainly because BDSM is not their thing. Rome, for those of your who read Obsession and the follow up short Surprise, will be next and that is DEFINITELY BDSM, lol.
I will list my places on the web:

A LITTLE HARMLESS ADDICTION
Barnes and Noble
Amazon
Samhain

Falling in love might not be the smart thing, but it might be the one thing they both need.

Harmless, Book 5

Jocelyn Dupree has come to Hawaii to heal. After a horrific experience with her last boss, she is on the mend and ready to start again. She is focused on rebuilding her life and her career as a pastry chef. She definitely doesn't need a man in her life, or so she thinks.

Kai Aiona has always been the guy to mend a broken heart. Unfortunately, the last heart that was broken was his. He has sworn off damaged women, but he can't resist Jocelyn's sad eyes, not to mention her determination to succeed.

One little date turns into several and soon, Jocelyn finds herself easily addicted to Kai's sensual nature. Resisting him becomes impossible, but Jocelyn isn't ready to trust completely. When Kai discovers she hasn't been telling him everything, Jocelyn is left with two choices: trust her heart, or let the one man she has ever loved go.

Product Warnings
Scenes from Hawaii,  nosey friends and family, two people who are right for each other but too stupid to realize it, a tattooed and pierced hero, a sassy Southern heroine, one drunken night, and love scenes that will curl your toes, warm your heart and leave you panting for more. Remember, Harmless stories are not for the weak.
~~~~~~~
He said nothing more, just kept looking at her. She did her best not to fidget but it was hard not to. Even with only a dim streetlight she could see his gaze, the way it followed her lips. The man was going to turn her into a lunatic if he kept looking at her as if he were going to gobble her up.
That thought had heat rolling through her. Her nipples were tight against her lace bra, painfully erect. She shifted her feet and the lace moved against the sensitive flesh. God.
“Well, I guess I should get going.”
“Yeah.”
He placed a hand against the car behind her and leaned in. She didn’t hesitate, didn’t draw back. It was the most natural thing in the world to move into the kiss. Just like the night before, the moment he touched his mouth to hers, she lost every thought. They bled out of her brain and were replaced by the sheer pleasure of having his lips against hers, his tongue slipping into her mouth, and the feel of his body against hers. He slanted his head to deepen the kiss, slipped his arms to her waist and pulled her against him. The heat of him, the feel of his long, hard muscles against her, had her responding. She wanted, wanted him like nothing she had ever wanted before. Her body shimmered with need. She slipped her hands up his arms and over his shoulders, and just like the night fell into the kiss.
He was exotic to the taste, but so normal, so what she needed. She was trying to figure out a way to get him back to her house when a passing car honked their horn.
“Get a room, Kai.”
He pulled back then, gently and with a regretful smile. “I guess we gave the neighbors a show.”
Left unfulfilled again. “Not as good a one if that idiot hadn’t beeped his horn.”
So, what am I giving away??? Two 25 dollar GCs to winner's choice of booksites, amazon, samhain and barnes and noble. Two winners. So, easy peasy and I asked this question before, but, you can answer the same here or come up with something different. Where would you like to see a Harmless story set?
Hmmm a Harmless story setting? I'm a giant sucker for Italy. Tuscany! Heh otherwise? Ummm... stateside, let's go with Austen :D Keep Austen weird, right? It just fits- and is in my mind this morning.
I would like to see a Harmless story set somewhere in Asia. Exotic places make people more willing to take chances. There is also a degree of anonymity when your are a foreigner.
Pacific Northwest, mountain cabin, huddling by a roaring fire. A great place to hide away from the world.
I am very happy to find the ALH Addiction in my Pro order.
I've been watching the forest fire on the mountain across from my mountain, and forgotten that it was going to be delivered today....so I am tickled....LOL
Next ALH story..? Hmmm....
Perhaps somewhere in Texas. Not familiar with the great state so maybe Houston or Dallas?
Sounds just right...to little me anyway...*S*
Thanks fo rthe contest Melissa, your books just bring hours of reads...:)
How about Seattle? Dee was there just before moving to Hawai'i... Otherwise, I would love to see something in the Philadelphia area (you'll get to know us when you come for AAD)...
Can't wait to pick up ALHA later today! It's waiting on my Nook.
Knowing who I want to be after Rome I am going to say DC, Boston or NYC. I think that those environments would be interesting locales
Congrats on the release. I think a good Harmless setting would be Alaska. A beautiful place and cold enough that they have to stay inside and find fun ways to keep warm.
I think Seattle or San Fran since the local is different. Or we could go Phoenix ( where I live! ) because it's hot and dry and it's an easy excuse to find things to do "indoors"! =)
oh I have to say Australia
I think we have talked about NOLA before but I love the whole vibe that you get when you read a book set there. The atmosphere leaps off the pages and wraps you up in the story. I just finished ALHA about 10 minutes ago and I am still in the afterglow so I hope this makes sense.
